Warranty Registration

The Feed Ball molded parts are protected by a lifetime warranty. Forager Outdoor will replace any defective, main molded component that is not fit for use due to manufacture defect. 

All rotomolded Feed Ball parts are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by negligence, misuse, fire, wildlife, severe weather or modifications. Accidental or normal wear and tear is not warranted including scratches, dents, chips or discoloration. The roto molding process will create slight irregularities in each feeder. Minor blemishes, chaffing, scuffs, or rough edges are not covered under warranty and do not qualify for a replacement.

This warranty applies only to the original owner and becomes void if the product is structurally altered or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components. The Feed Ball is designed to hold 700 lbs. of feed. Damages incurred due to exceeding the designed weight limit are not covered under warranty.

THE-TIMER is protected by a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, Forager Outdoor will replace THE-TIMER given it to be defective in materials or workmanship.

 All other components of the feeder are covered under a 90-day warranty from date of purchase. The 12v motor, which drives the spinner function of the feeder, is protected by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period Forager Outdoor will replace the 12v motor given it to be defective in materials or workmanship.

 All other components of the feeder are covered under a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. 

Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from accident or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Forager Outdoor assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Forager Outdoor be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. Replacement of parts and/or products under this warranty may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees and will be collected prior to shipping. Forager Outdoor reserves the right to change our products design without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into any products repaired or replaced under this warranty.
